Robin S. Sharma (born 1964) is a Canadian lawyer,[1] leadership expert and author.[2]

Early life and education[edit]

Sharma received his L.L.B. degree at the Dalhousie University School of Law.[3]

Career[edit]

Sharma's career includes work for the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia as a judicial law clerk and employment with the Canadian government as a staff litigation attorney.[3]

Sharma is the author of 14 books[1] including The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, Who Will Cry When You Die and The Leader Who Had no Title. He is the founder of the training firm, Sharma Leadership International Inc. in Toronto, Canada.[2][4] His book, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari has sold 3 million copies.[1] Sharma was also ranked 7th on the International Leadership Professional Gurus chart in 2012.[5] and has appeared on "numerous television and radio programs."[3]

Sharma is a motivational speaker and was given the Golden Gavel award by Toastmasters International in 2011.[2]
