Greetings. If you have come here seeking my recall as I have either violated your trust, the community's trust, or slighted you in some way then I truely and honestly apologize. I should hope that you've attempted to resolve this issue with me at my talk page, preferably, or a number of other venues such as WP:WQA, WP:3O, WP:ANI, or WP:RFC/U.

If all else has failed, these are the terms under which I will voluntarily commit myself to an admin recall to save the community the drama and pain of arbitration. I strongly feel that if I have become disruptive or no longer helpful to the community and the project then I should not retain the tools.

Criteria for recall

To expediate this process, I am offering three ways to recall me that vary on the speed of which I will lose the tools.

Option 1: Slowest

If any one editor from the list below requests that I be recalled, I will consider their request. If I feel I may have lost the community's trust, I will submit myself to a reconfirmation WP:RfA. I retain the right to deny the request.

Option 2: Medium Speed

If any three editors from the list below request that I be recalled within two weeks, I will immediately submit myself to an RfA.

Option 3: Quickest

If any five editors from the list below requests that I be recalled within two weeks, I will ask a steward to remove the tools. I retain the right to resubmit myself to RfA, however if five of these editors request I lose the tools then I am not likely to request that anytime in the near future.

What must be done before approaching these users

If these rules are not followed, I retain the right to ignore this request.

1. You must have tried speaking to me on my talk page
2. You must have tried some form of community discussion (Dispute resolution, ANI, AN, RFC/U, ect I'll let the editors above decide if a suitable discussion has been accomplished)
3. The request must be based on actions I've taken as an administrator
4. My actions must violate a policy or guideline; essays do not count

Why not any/all established editors?

While I respect all editors, I feel that folks sometimes can get passionate about a subject to the point that they lose objectivity. I trust the above users to be objective and critical of both me and the complaint. On the opposite side, this option allows any editor no matter their edits or even if they have a registered account to initiate the recall process if they can convince the above editors to initiate on their behalf. I feel the above editors will also review the editor complaining and use common sense and solid judgement before speaking on their behalf.

I retain the right to change these criteria at any time. That said, I will honor any criteria I have changed within the past two weeks.
