Allah In Sunni Islam (الله في الإسلام السني)
The Name "Allah" In Arabic

Allah (Arabic: ٱللَّٰه‎, romanized: allāh meaning: "the God") in Islam is the one and only lord[1], the sovereign on the "Day Of Judgement" (یوم الدین)[2] & the creator of all in existence. In islam,God created all of creation for the "sole purpose of worshipping him"[3] and that he sent "clear guidance"[4] (this is a reference to the Quran) to mankind which "explains clearly everything"[5].There are many different branches of islam in the world but Sunni Islam (الإسلام السني) is the biggest branch / denomination of Islam, making up 85-90% of Muslims in the world[6].

Sunni Concept Of Allah[edit]

Sunni Muslims belief of Allah is the same as the generally defined version of Allah which is that God is the all knowing and all mighty ruler of the universe, who's lordship, divinity, names and attributes are exclusive to him.[7] In Sunni Islam, Allah is incomprehendable, beyond limits, perfect & the ultimate being. For Sunni Muslims, there's no being like Allah.[8]
