My name is Patrick Taylor, born 1962 in Fort Worth Texas. I started contributing to Wiki on Jan 5 2009. My interests include photography, astronomy, computing, music, and telecom. I've used Wikipedia for some years and I am starting to think that it is time to give something back.

My english style is somewhat antiquated as I believe in rather strict application of the old rules. Today I see that usage which would make my teachers cringe is now perfectly acceptable. Language changes, adapting to the times. I hope that I can help and learn something at the same time.
