Uses no images but pre-existing bullet PNGs on Wikimedia Commons: Image:Bullet-blue.png & Image:Bullet-green.png. Based roughly on [1] meme (originally from 4chan?).

Note: I am aware the mouth and eyes and eyebrows use half-pixel offsets horizontally and vertically. I started a version with half-pixel resolution but the tables became far too complex and ugly. This version is close enough, I only had to cheat on the middle finger ^_^. The actual LED version is not exact to the cartoon character either.
