spinecraft (born February 11, 1987) is a handle i came up with in 2002. i am a persian-american lebowskian from san diego, california. i recently graduated from portland state university, with a bachelor's in philosophy. i now live in the former capitol records record pressing plant in downtown los angeles, where i am keeping very busy as a performer and composer. i am very knowledgeable in all facets of music production, and use my own awesome pro tools rig for engineering and mixing several projects for myself and numerous clients.
i used to play with a group called autobomb, whose name i derived from an enemy in mario 2. we did several sold-out shows over our 3 year run, including performances with andrew wk, avenged sevenfold, thrice, atreyu, saosin, guttermouth, and the vans warped tour. we gave all profit from our cd release to the new orleans restoration fund. i still enjoy playing live, but recently am more interested in film scoring, and have already had the opportunity to put music to several international shorts.
