I am a new contributor. Many times I will edit articles for my own interests and hobbies. While, other times I work as an Account Director for Pathfinders Advertising in Mishawaka, IN. Most recently, I edited articles for BAI. While this was at one time an unpaid situation. The recent edits were made as part of my employment at Pathfinders Advertising. Having worked in the financial industry for 20+ years, I feel qualified to edit articles on financial services training and education.

I also have been editing Manufacturing Technology Inc. (MTI) and was paid for the time put into this account as part of my regular salary. I have learned a great deal about friction welding the past year and have studied the subject - thus I feel qualified to help edit not only MTI but other articles as well. I have written other articles on the subject that have yet to be posted or submitted to Wikipedia.

With regards to BAI and Manufacturing Technology, Inc. My employer (Pathfinders Advertising, Inc.) helps MTI and BAI by providing marketing and website assistance. I did my best to provide references and third party sources to back up information included on MTI. Based on my knowledge of these subjects, I have contributed to the MTI and BAI articles. I was not paid by either organization, but my contributions took place during my work day which is covered by a regular salary paid by my employer.
