Hello,

I am a retired emergency room, urgent care, family medicine and public health physician. I was born in Uganda and trained as a physician at Makerere University for the MBChB degree. I also hold a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the London School of Tropical Medicine, and a Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.

I am residency trained in Family Medicine at the Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) and studied for one year in a Fellowship program in correctional Health, administered jointly by MSM an the Georgia Department of Corrections.

I edited the English Wikipedia between January 2007 and December 2022 under the name User:Fsmatovu. Under that name, I already have 184,000 edits to my credit, with over 3,000 unique articles created. In January 2023, I began editing under User:SiniyaEdita. I am in the process of seeking administrative authorization to merge the two accounts.

I spend part of the year in Kampala, Uganda and the remainder of the year in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
