If there is any abuse on Wikipedia we may investigate. Any IP addresses of Tor Nodes, Proxies or IP addresses of Red Lily run servers we will work to have blocked to prevent abuse from IPs that client web traffic should not be coming from or which may easily be abuse from. We will not take action against against any IPs in our network that are specifically intentional abuse unless it where to come from one of our office IP addresses. Any customer abuse that was done deliberately we will take no action and will forward to Wikipedia/Wikimedia administrators and bureaucrats to address. In the case of evident systematic spam or other automated attacks however we will take action.
