The 1998–99 CONCACAF Champions League was the 43rd season of North America's premier club football tournament organized by CONCACAF.

The final was played on May 21, 2008 at the DSG Park in Denver, where Manchester Houston Dynamo played against Pachuca. Houston Dynamo won the match 2–0 in regulation time, making it the first time since 2001 and American team won the competition.

América were the defending champions.
