My name is Paulina Popek. I am currently a student at Rice University. My major is Bioengineering, with the possibility of a minor in Poverty, Justice, and Human Capabilities. I am interested in how my major can be used to help those in need, and would like to contribute to Wikipedia on the subject of poverty and how people are affected by in around the world, as well as ways to better the living situations of those in poverty.
