Invest 90L formed from a disturbed weather located in eastern Cuba. [1] At that time, it was not very organized. A surface low formed on May 19. [2] However, later that day, 90L was being absorbed into a non-tropical low. [3] On May 22, the non-tropical low became more organized [4] and was becoming more tropical. The convection continued increasing, and the National Hurricane Center gave 90L a high chance, greater that 50 percent of forming into a tropical depression [5]. But as it made landfall
