One of the criteria of an endangered language is determinate by its speaker population. This source talked about Jejueo speakers often misestimate their proficiency, which calls into question the accuracy of speaker population data. This source would help me edit the article of my choice by adding this piece of information at the demographic section. Also, in this article, the author mention that although within Korea, Jejueo is often considered a dialect, but the mutual intelligibility between Korean and Jejueo is low. Monolingual Korean speakers would find Jejueo incomprehensible. For this piece, I can also edit the name section, explain that although in Korean language, Jejueo is being claimed as a dialect, it is not. I somewhat bothered by the name of this Wikipedia article as it said Chejuan language instead of Jejueo or Chejueo. If possible, I would like to look for more information that accurately state the official name of Jejueo.
