Dr O.Y.ABDUL-Hamid obtained LL.B, LL.M & M.Phil from OAU Ile-Ife, BL from Nig.Law School Lag.& was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991.He bagged a Ph.D. from IIUM Malaysia.He was Sub-Dean, Fac. of Law & Head, Dept.of Bus. Law, Fac. of Law Univ. of Ilorin. He is a member of senate of the Univ., a corporate governance expert & legal consultant.
