Call of Duty: Mobile is a free-to-play shooter game for Android and iOS developed by TiMi Studio Group and published by Activision. It was released on October 1, 2019, and was one of the largest mobile game launches in history, generating over US$480 million with 270 million downloads within a year. Garena, Tencent Games, VNG Games, and TiMi Studio Group published Call of Duty: Mobile in other regions.

Battle Royale[edit]

There are also battle royale modes with up to 100 players. A player can choose to play alone, as part of a two-man team, or as part of a four-man squad. At the start of a game, each player selects an ability ranging from healing to building a launch pad. When all 100 people are ready, they board a plane that will fly in a straight line across the map. Every game, the flight path changes. Every team is assigned a jump leader who determines when and where the team will land. At the start of the game, each player has only a knife. The map contains weapons, vehicles, and items that players can find and use to increase their chances of killing enemies while remaining alive.

Multiplayer[edit]

The multiplayer mode is a first-person shooter in the style of previous Call of Duty titles. There are also "Scorestreaks," which are special weapons that become available as the player reaches certain times and points in the game. Furthermore, the game includes special and limited multiplayer modes that last for varying amounts of time. Among these are Prop Hunt, Rapid Fire, Sticks and Stones, 2v2, Capture the Flag, One Shot One Kill, Snipers Only, and Gun Game, as well as Attack of the Undead.

Zombies[edit]

In November 2019, a Zombies mode was added. It pitted groups of players against waves of zombies. Endless Survival Mode, which played like the classic zombies experience, and Raid Mode, which threw a set number of waves at the players before transitioning to a boss encounter, were both available. The players could choose between Normal and Heroic difficulty. Because it did not meet the desired level of quality, the mode was removed in March 2020. In August 2021, a zombie survival mode called Undead Siege was added to the game. In it, a group of four players must survive and defend their teleportation device from waves of zombies.
