SEE Games is a U.S. video game developer, publisher, and distributor.

The company is a market leader in identifying and acquiring some of the most popular intellectual property rights to marquee Hollywood Film, TV, and Sports franchises for game development.

SEE Games develops free-to-play and digital download games through the Unity 3D engine to publish on a number of platforms, including stand-alone browser-based, Client-based, Mobile, Tablet, XBLA, and PSN.

The company has worldwide distribution of its titles throughout Asia, North America, South America, and Europe, with some of their titles being distributed by Steam and Origin.

Company History[edit]

Created four years ago, SEE Games is a division of Special Entertainment Events, Inc. (SEE), based in Los Angeles, California. For the past 18 years, SEE has been operating as a themed touring attraction producer and presenter. Most notably the company toured huge exhibits – some as large as 100,000 sq. ft. – all over the world, from London to Singapore, to New York to Los Angeles. SEE has received numerous awards for excellence in touring attractions and other themed entertainment projects. Licensed properties have included three Star Trek Tours[1], the Official Titanic Movie Tour[2], James Bond, NASA, Gladiator, I Love Lucy, X Files, Pokémon and others.[3]

Game Development[edit]

In late 2010, SEE Games and Universal Pictures announced the development of a Universal Monsters MMOG[4], that will bring classic Frankenstein, Wolfman, The Mummy, Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon and other monsters of the past up-to-date. Players will act as Van Helsing and track down the villains in their lairs. In regards to the partnership, SEE founder Martin Biallas has stated that "partnering with Universal allows us to revive the horror genre for the 21st century by introducing timeless film franchise characters into an interactive platform.”

In 2012, SEE Games announced their partnership with Deutsche Telekom to develop the highly anticipated Asterix browser-based game.[5]

SEE Games is currently working on a number of other IP titles, including Planet Michael[6], a planned browser MMORPG inspired by the music, videos, and life of Michael Jackson, as well as several soon-to-be announced titles in addition to the licensed IP currently under management.
