I'm Jeff Bodycomb. I am an expert in light scattering, primarily from polymers and particles to determine molecular weight and size. One of my new and exciting activities is the use of image analysis for particle characterization. I am also quite good at GPC (gel permeation chromatography), particularly when coupled with light scattering. I have a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering. In addition, I have experience with block copolymers, polyurethanes, X-ray scattering, and pyrometry. I have lots of other skills. For example, I can read minds. So I already know that you, the reader, don't care to read anymore about me.

Disclosure: I work for HORIBA Instruments (http://www.horiba.com/us/particle). Among (many) other things, we manufacture light scattering equipment for particle characterization. I try to keep my edits neutral.
