Kamal Rai is a student ^[1]and activist of Allahabad university .He is born in east Uttar pradesh in small village name aaschawara in Ballia district . he belongs from village Rajapur, a small village in Buxar district In Bihar state .

He started education in patna , capital of Bihar after some time he came to his village and started taking education after two or three year later his parents migrate to nearest state Uttar pradesh and then his education started in U.P after completing twelfth standard from DPCS school , he travel to allahabad and started learning in Allahabad University .
