Hello.

Although my training is in Chemical engineering, I have a long history in computing. I hold two patents which straddle the fields, and have published articles in a number of periodicals. My only public presentation on professional computing was on crash dump analysis for the PDP-11 operating system RSX-11 delivered at DECUS in the spring of 1985, although I have since made many presentations on hobbyist computing. Although I worked in IS for quite a number of years, most of my professional career was spent in computer Process control. I am the author of an online course in the Microchip Technology PIC microcontroller.

I am currently a Fedora contributor and the Section_Emergency_Coordinator for the Michigan Section of the ARRL. I am a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and president of IS-SixSigma, Inc.
