The Planet of Ixchel is a fictional planet and not a scientific planet. Some articles written about it tell of an elite planet with highly advanced technologies and society in the galaxy of Pegasus, Universe 5. Disclosed in one on-line article, it tells that Ixchel is located in the outer-rim of its galaxy and boasts a diverse population and culture and is also one of the first in the galaxy to have elected leadership[1].
