I am a Software Engineer turned Product Manager - I'm also an interdisciplinary Digital Artist, writer and musician. I'm an antipodean, in my 20s and currently live in Montreal, QC, Canada.

Help Wanted![edit]

I love Wikipedia and distributed communities (as you will see further below), and if you stumble across my page and are an experience Wikipedian I would greatly appreciate your advice on how I might improve in my contributions to the platform!

Interests[edit]

I have a strong interest in the more utopian vision seen for the internet - I love distributed communities built around a common goal of helping one another. Despite not programming professionally anymore, I still use Vim and Tmux on a daily basis - as there is such a beautiful vibrant community built around both, especially now. I'm currently attempting a foray into Wikipedia as another such hobby because it seems like a similarly vibrant community.

Beyond this, the largest amount of time I spend on Wikipedia is delving down into films, actors and writers. I love to people's corpuses and working histories in the creative arts, it's actually a bit of an issue for me.

I don't do much consuming of primary sources, which I believe would be the thing that would make me most useful to the Wikipedia community. I am open to start actively going to libraries to look things up in books and reference them for the good of citations on the platform.
