Professional Theatre Bio[edit]
From January 2006 to August 2007 Greg was the resident lighting designer for the Essential Theatre Power Plays Festival including the world premiers of Leaving Limbo (2006), Charm School (2006), Fix Me So I Can Stand (2007), and Night Travels (2007). The regional premiers of The Book of Liz (2006) and Mrs. Bob Cratchit’s Wild Christmas Binge (2007). Prior lighting designs include: Godspell for Berry College Theater Company (BCTC), Durang Me!, The Star-Spangled Girl, and The Nerd - as a student at the Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts at Pebblebrook High School (CCCEPA). Greg graduated from Pebblebrook in 2004 having earned a major in Technical Theatre and a minor in Acting from CCCEPA. Greg was nominated for the Region IV Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Student Lighting Designer Award in the fall of 2004. After working as a carpenter at Spoleto Festival USA 2005 in Charleston, SC. Greg returned to Pebblebrook as the Interim Technical Director at CCCEPA before starting the school year at Berry College. Now in his second year at Berry, Greg is The Master Electrician for BCTC. Greg also worked with the Virginia Shakespeare Festival.
