Red Cloud was a signatory to the Second Treaty of Fort Laramie that ended the conflict, and continued to advocate for his people with the government and sympathetic reformers until his death in 1909. Ward Bond 1903–1960 A film actor. His epilepsy led to his exclusion from the draft during World War II. [2]
