User:Fred at Novozymes

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Welcome to my user page. This account was established in order to help further develop Novozymes’ articles on Wikipedia – in line with Wikipedia standards and guidelines.

In the interest of complete transparency, I chose “Fred at Novozymes” as my username so that my affiliation with Novozymes is absolutely clear to all stakeholders I may interact with on Wikipedia. Having read and acknowledged WP:ORGNAME, I believe that this username is appropriate. Also, it should be stressed that I will be the sole person to use this account.

Out of respect for the guidelines on conflict of interest and the importance of a neutral point of view, and in recognition of the ongoing debate regarding companies’ involvement on Wikipedia, I will only be editing Talk pages and will not make any edits to articles.

As stated initially, the purpose of my activities through my Wikipedia account is to help improve the overall quality, in line with Wikipedia standards and guidelines, of Novozymes’ articles. I look forward to good and constructive dialogue with the editors, and welcome any questions you may have on my Talk page.

Novozymes Section Suggestions[edit]

As of January 2014, the general state of the Novozymes article was not in compliance with Wikipedia guidelines. As suggested by Yunshui on Talk:Novozymes there was a need to strengthen sourcing while also expanding content. On this page I will be offering suggestions as for how to bring the Novozymes article in compliance, section by section, starting with the Lead.

Update I: As of April 28 2014, further to various correspondences with Matticusmadness and Yunshui, I have begun at the Novozymes Talk page to suggest revisions in line with Wikipedia standards and guidelines.
