Eventually, Louis passed the brewery down to his son (Phil's father) Carl Neuweiler. Under Carl's leadership, the brewery continued to expand, and the name changed to Neuweiler Brewing Corporation.

In 19XX, Phillip inherited the brewing company from his father, Carl Neuweiler.
