Deganwy is a small coastal village in North Wales, found within the county of Conwy. The village sits on the delta of the River Conwy, and benefits from tourists attracted to the neighbouring towns of Llandudno and Conwy.

Deganwy has a variety of small boutique shops and restaurants. It is also home to Deganwy Yacht Club and Deganwy Historical Society.

The derelict Deganwy Castle Hotel is currently under development to be turned into a complex featuring private living accommodation, hotel rooms, and a bar/restaurant. It is expected to be re-opened in 2013.[1]
