Welcome to my talk page. I have a thing for open access, library publishing, public history, and the digital humanities.
My username is a playful nod to a plot point in House of Cards. (No, I don't plan to "hack the Vice President" on the "deep web.")

- I am the Head of Digital Scholarship at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
- I received my PhD from the Graduate Institute of the Liberal Arts at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA (my fields are primarily public history and American Studies)
- I am the former digital projects coordinator at Emory's Center for Digital Scholarship
- Digital publishing strategist for the open access, peer reviewed journal Southern Spaces
- Former Treasurer and board member of the Library Publishing Coalition
- Community + advocacy coordinator for the Open Access Button
- Former Community representative for the Digital Public Library of America
