Contrell, commonly known as Phat City, is a city in Scott County, Mississippi, United States. The population of the town is zero. Dubbed the "Littest City in Mississippi" for its entertainment and nightlife. The city was incorporated on November 16, 2026.

Etymology[edit]
The exact meaning of the name Contrell is unknown but it's possible it is derived from the Old French word cointerel which means beau & dandy.
The city is known for it's nicknames Phat City and Littest City in Mississippi.

Contrell was established in 1883 and was not founded or named by its current owner Contrell "Phat" Hudson who is a Mississippi born and raised native.
