The following is an AutoHotkey script that helps you warn vandals not to vandalize.

;Alt+V Copies the currently selected text to the clipboard along with the standard vandal warning template and a title for use on the vandals talk page.

Example

Once you have the script running, just highlight the title of the vandalized page, press Alt+V, and here is what it will copy to the clipboard:

Which produces:
