SLUDGE is an American Ironic Southern Maine Hardcore band from Lowell, Massachusetts which was formed in 2022. The band consists of Sean Grow (Vocals, Guitar, Drums, Keyboards, Bass), Ian Miller (Vocals, Guitar, Drums, Keyboards, Bass), Spencer Murphy (Vocals, Guitar, Drums, Keyboards, Bass) and Ralph Priest (Vocals, Guitar, Drums, Keyboards, Bass).

A majority of SLUDGE songs contain lyrics pertaining to Spliffs, “Ripper’s” (Vapes), taking trips to ‘Mackie’s’ (McDonalds) and self referencing the band name in forced puns, such as ‘The Fabled City of Sludgeopolis’.

The band often collaborates with other bands and musicians. Notable collaborations include Ben Morris, Burp., The P.A.’s, Joe Milia, and Liam Asselin. Joe Milia has expressed his intent on becoming a permanent member of Sludge, establishing a petition that currently has over 50 signatures.
