I am a keen contributer of photographs to Wikipedia. My main equipment are

• Ricoh Caplio R6 compact digital
• Canon A520 compact digital (most of the pictures here are from this camera)
• Canon 50E SLR film
• Minox 35 ML film (my favourite)
• variety of Russian cameras (mainly since I like the mechanical workings of these cameras)

The R6 is currently the mainstay, because it's so compact and easy to carry around when travelling. The 7.1x optical zoom and image stabiliser is godsent. However I'm convinced now that the Canon and Nikon cameras produce better image quality. I'm into machine vision so I'm supposed to know what I'm talking about
