About me

I've been a user of wikipedia since the beginning, and been working in the IT sphere for over 20 years.

In that time i've been lucky enough to be exposed to a wide variety of topics and business areas, and have used wikipedia extensively to learn or check some basics before digging deeper into topics. In all this time i've reaped the benefits of the work all the many editors and publishers of wikipedia articles have done.

In 2014 I started working for a not for profit organisation (Se disclosure of conflict of interest below) and quickly noticed that a lot of the topics, people, organisations that are well known within the area that the organization works, where and still are virtually unknown in the digital sphere and wikipedia.

I started updating a few of wikipedias norwegian articles about the organization i work for and related articles, but find that there are still so many subjects and inspirational people related to my work area, that are not covered on wikipedia, and the information exist only in a hardcopy books or digital copy of old magasines.

So as long as i enjoy it, and find subjects i'm comfortable writing an article on, i will.
