Russell Brian Elrod is a noted artisan living and working in Arkansas. Russ Elrod's artistic contributions include improvement upon the Hillyer method of cigar rolling[1]. Prior to Mr. Elrod's moving to Arkansas from Winterhaven, Florida, the Hillyer method was not practiced in Arkansas[2].

Russ Elrod is of no relation to the Benjamin Elrod of Arkadelphia, AR.
