I am Andre Bijkerk, retired military. I live in Zoetermeer The Netherlans. The addition pooh is from Winney the Pooh as I frequent several forums with a Winney the Pooh Avatar. I am trying to match Milnes very subtle humor.

My interests are all Earth scientific fields dedicated to the Quartenary period, especially the transition from the Last Glacial Maximum to the Holocene. I have supported Dick Mol for several publications about Pleistocene mammals, especially abouts mammots, and his page is my fist contribution, pending now.

It occurs to me that several articles in Wikipedia about these fields may benifit from some actualisation. So there may be a job waiting
