Permission to reproduce Crown copyright material

I refer to your request for permission to copy the image of the late Justice Robert Marsden Hope, former chairman of the Law Reform Commission (1990-1993) available from the Attorney General's Department's website.

The Director General, under delegation from the Attorney General, has granted approval for Wikipedia to use the above Crown copyright material, subject to the following conditions:

• reference to the material is accompanied by an acknowledgement at the beginning of the publication. It is recommended: "The photograph of the late Justice Robert Marsden Hope has been sourced from the NSW Law Reform Commission and is reproduced with permission from the NSW Attorney General's Department: '© State of New South Wales through the Attorney General's Department of NSW'.
