DRI Conferences[edit]

The conference has been held in New Orleans (2012), Philadelphia (2013), Atlanta (2014), and San Antonio (2015). DRI-KL2014, a regional conference, was also held in Kuala Lumpur in 2014.

Volunteer Day[edit]

At each conference, certified professionals attending join together for a Volunteer Day. The Volunteer Day has featured events where certified professionals help at food banks and in disaster-struck areas.

Training and Certifications[edit]

The nonprofit's most notable certification is the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP). Certifications, which vary from continuity, healthcare, public sector, and risk management, are earned after passing a qualifying exam and depend on years of experience. Training courses accompany each exam and certification.
