Shopping, or malls[edit]

I dont know if all such templates are malls only, but this one is, and that is not all the major shopping areas in the bay area, a bastion of non-mall shopping. in addition, at least one mall, Eastmont Town Center, is absolutely not a destination for shoppers outside the neighborhood. its mostly a social service hub, and barely operates as a full service mall now. I wonder if we should either rename it "malls" or keep the name and edit it to include other shopping areas.(mercurywoodrose)66.80.6.163 (talk) 18:45, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

went ahead and removed eastmont, as the stores there qualify it as a strip mall for level of retailing. added neighborhoods in sf bay that are noted shopping destinations but are not malls, such as downtown los gatos. also added some malls that dont have articles yet, but that are mentioned in their city articles.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 18:08, 20 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
