Official neighborhoods vs. Other areas[edit]

To acknowledge important neighborhood-like parts of the city which it does not recognize as "Official neighborhoods", I added an "Other areas" section. ("Official" vs. "Other" wasn't enough, as some of these other areas have some sort of official status, e.g., Hawthorne and Belmont are Business Association areas.) To keep it from sprawling too much, I excluded historical entities like Vanport, and areas not within city limits, like Dunthorpe and Maywood Park. --ScottMainwaring 15:54, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
