Title position[edit]

Shouldn't the title be centered in the headerbar rather than left-aligned? – ukexpat (talk) 02:13, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Video[edit]

It would be great if someone generalized this template to make adding videos easier. As it is, videos can be added but video-only options (like thumbtime) cannot be added. Also, videos seem to be left-aligned even though the function for "pic" specifies center alignment. Bidouleroux (talk) 07:13, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've added a new {{{media}}} attribute which allows for freeform additions. This should allow you to add whatever additional parameters are needed. Chris Cunningham (not at work) - talk 11:49, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bias?[edit]

Are the countries of China, Japan and Korea the only to have developed Martial arts? No, Martial arts or combatives are common to every culture so this infobox is not very flexible --Hutcher (talk) 06:06, 27 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The reason those languages are singled out is because they use a non-latin script. Martial arts developed in countries using a latin script don't need extra fields. Chris Cunningham (not at work) - talk 13:02, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This template is needed[edit]

I need the template "Infobox martial art term" for capoeira kicks. But now I got redirected to "Infobox Chinese". Is there some alternative? --Mladifilozof (talk) 16:17, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
