Added districts[edit]

Ive added districts to this template as well, so it can be used in both district and province articles. Maybe it should be renamed, but its such a work to change the template reference everywhere, so I suggest we keep the old name. --Screensaver 19:57, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
