Why this is one template[edit]

I put PRC and ROC schools in the same template for these reasons:

English-language sources usually discuss them together. This is true for the Japan Times article and the Multilingual Matters book article
The two schools in Yokohama were descended from the Yokohama Chinese School founded by Sun Yat-sen
