All parameters are optional.

Parameter	Explanation
name	The name of the championship.
image image2	An image of the championship belt. A second image should only be used if the title is represented by more than one belt.
image_upright image_upright2	Scales the image thumbnail from its default size by the given factor. Values less than 1 scale the image down (0.9 = 90%) and values greater than 1 scale the image up (1.15 = 115%). Defaults to 1.16 if empty.
image_size image_size2'	Image width. Use of this parameter is discouraged, per WP:IMGSIZE. Use `\|image_upright=` instead.
alt alt2	Alternative text for the image, for people who cannot see the image. See WP:ALT.
caption	A caption explaining the image(s). May include the dates of when the design was used.
promotion	The promotion that controls the championship.
brand	For WWE related championships, the brand(s) in control of the championship (Raw, SmackDown, ECW, etc.).
created	The date the championship was created.
retired	The date the title was retired, for inactive championships.
currentholder	The current title holder. If this is a retired championship, use `\|finalchamp=` instead.
won	The date the current title holder won the belt. Do not use if this is a retired championship.
aired	The date the title win was aired on television due to broadcast delay, if different from won.
vacated	The date the title was vacated, if it is active but not currently held by any wrestlers. If a date is not known, set it to "yes".
firstchamp	The first champion.
finalchamp	The final champion, if the title is retired. Otherwise, use `\|currentholder=`.
mostreigns	The person with the most title reigns followed by the amount of reigns. A link to a list of champions may be added.
longestreign	The person with the longest reign followed by the length of the reign. A link to a list of championship reigns by length may be added.
shortestreign	The person with the shortest reign followed by the length of the reign.
oldest	The oldest person to win the title followed by their age at the time of the title win. Use {{Age in years and days}}.
youngest	The youngest person to win the title followed by their age at the time of the title win. Use {{Age in years and days}}.
heaviest	The heaviest person to hold the title followed by their weight. Use {{Convert}}.
lightest	The lightest person to hold the title followed by their weight. Use {{Convert}}.
pastnames	Past names of the title. See WP:BULLETLIST.
