Template:Fs player unlink

Template documentationThe Template:Fs_player_unlink is a variation of Template:Fs_player, to handle all of the same parameters in a football-squad table, but not wikilink the "pos=" position code (GK, DF, MF, etc.) as instead, listing the player's position as unlinked text, to reduce wp:OVERLINKed text. For the various template parameter names, see page: Template:Football_squad_player/doc. The related position codes, of association football (soccer), can be listed as needed in the text:
- GK for Goalkeeper;
- DF for Defender;
- MF for Midfielder;
- FW for Striker or Forward;
Performance considerations
Because the position parameter "pos=" is not checked by a #switch parser function nor wikilinked, then the template processing uses less expansion space, as explained in essay page "wp:Post-expand include size".
