Two Songs for Voice, Viola and Piano[edit]

Joseph and Amalie Joachim
Joseph and Amalie Joachim
  • Reviewed: Clementina Anstruther-Thomson
  • Comment: no room probably for the difference in composition time and occasion, for wedding and unsuccessful marriage repair

Created by Gerda Arendt (talk). Self-nominated at 20:50, 25 July 2017 (UTC).

  • Article (1) length and (2) age okay, properly sourced with inline citations. (3) Hook is mentioned and is cited within the article. (4) Article is within policy. (5) QPQ done. However I think that the "unsuccessful marriage repair" might be more interesting for a hook, and I have proposed an ALT1 above. Kbseah (talk) 11:02, 29 July 2017 (UTC)
  • Thank you for the review and the offer, but I am afraid that the image doesn't fit that hook (by 20 years). I plan to write an article on the lady (actually today), perhaps I will use the idea then. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:21, 29 July 2017 (UTC)
Amalie Joachim, a start --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:31, 29 July 2017 (UTC)
The new article looks good! Will you add the info about the Two Songs there and submit a DYK nomination for it, too? Kbseah (talk) 08:01, 30 July 2017 (UTC)
Probably. I usually nominate a week after creation. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 08:34, 30 July 2017 (UTC)
Approving ALT0 for the reasons given above: new article, long enough, neutral, sourced, hook checks out, QPQ done. --Usernameunique (talk) 00:00, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
  • When promoting this, I have omitted the last part of the hook because the fact is not in the article as far as I can see. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:02, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
