Interesting places, GA on fine sources, subscription sources accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. The image is licensed and shows well. Two things regarding the image: it would not tell me what shielings are (and I didn't know), which the lead image could do, and if it is not taken, readers will be all on their imagination about the isolation and the experimentation. If you insist, I'll approve the hook as it is, but perhaps you could say just a little bit more about the kind of isolation meant. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:44, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
Courtesy ping to Chiswick Chap and LordPeterII to move this along. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 08:20, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
That's very kind. The isolation is simply that shielings were summer encampments up in the hills (with transhumance between valley and hill). But I thought that DYK hooks were meant to be a little bit cryptic; it's already explained in the article. All the best, Chiswick Chap (talk) 12:15, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
