Just about long enough (1562 characters), new enough (created on 4 March, nominated on 11 March, so just in time), and article is within policy. This article would benefit from more expansion if possible, since it's only just long enough to be DYK-eligible.- Hook is short enough, interesting and well-sourced. I've corrected a link, as he was the flag bearer for the 2018 Winter Paralympics opening ceremony, not the 2018 Winter Olympics opening ceremony, as originally linked.
