  • - Article does not meet 1,500 character minimum requirement.--Dom497 (talk) 20:46, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
  • Article currently has 1380 characters of readable prose and could easily be expanded enough. User has no previous DYK credits, and may be new to the process. Notice was not placed on this editor's talk page, so I'll do it now. — Maile (talk) 23:39, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
Editor responded, and as of today the article is "Prose size (text only): 2203 characters (0 words) "readable prose size"", so it's OK on that issue. — Maile (talk) 12:03, 13 June 2013 (UTC)
  • New article now has 2,203 characters. QPQ not needed. However, under DYKAR D2, the "rule of thumb is one inline citation per paragraph." This article lacks inline citations for "Early life" and "Military Service" sections, as well as the last 3 sentences of the "Legacy" section. —Bloom6132 (talk) 06:09, 21 June 2013 (UTC)
    • Thanks for the feedback! I have made the requested changes. Best. Way2veers 13:24, 22 June 2013 (UTC)
  • Hook is 107 characters long (under 200 char. limit) and fact is interesting. Ref 2 supporting the hook fact AGF, since it's an offline book source. No copyvio found. I've piped the link in the hook to clarify that it's the ancient Olympics being referred to. Looks good to go! —Bloom6132 (talk) 20:00, 22 June 2013 (UTC)
