This newly promoted GA qualifies for DYK on the grounds of newness and length. Both hooks have inline citations to reliable sources and either could be used. The image is appropriately licensed but is only relevant for the original hook. The article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. I tweaked the prose of both the article and the original hook because the source said that bungalows were on sale for around £20,000, not that they actually did sell at that price.
