ILoveMakonnen[edit]

  • ... that American singer ILoveMakonnen was named after the royal family of Ethiopia, but is in fact of African, Indian, Irish, Belgian, German and Chinese descent?

  • I think the hook could be improved by adding the fact that the singer has no Ethiopian links despite being named after Ethiopian people. Perhaps you can just add "... but is in fact of non-Ethiopian African, Indian, Irish,..." Otherwise, hook length is short enough (172 characters after including suggested additions). Hook is mentioned in article and sufficiently cited. Article is new, is long enough (over 4000 character of readable prose) and contains appropriate citations. QPQ checked. Pretty much good to go. But since I'm a new reviewer, I would like a 2nd opinion. ќמшמφטтгמtorque 17:11, 10 September 2014 (UTC)
Thanks for your comments. I wouldn't mind adding "non-Ethiopian" to the hook, I thought that is implicitly stated through the use of "in fact" (which suggests something opposite). 2Flows (talk) 20:55, 12 September 2014 (UTC)
Maybe you are right. Preppers will know what to do. Thanks. ќמшמφטтгמtorque 08:40, 13 September 2014 (UTC)
