The article is new and long enough. It is neutral, well-sourced, and meets the copyright policy. I cut the hook slightly (by removing some unneeded words) to bring it below 200 characters. The hook itself is interesting, sourced, and neutral. QPQ done. I copy edited the piece, and cleared up some minor MoS issues, added a couple of links, and changed some sentence structuring for clarity. I think the article is ready.
